1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of receiving your watch.
• Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and include all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories.
• Items marked as final sale, vintage, clearance, or custom order may not be eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  within 3 days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Returns without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned at the buyer’s expense.
• Ship using a fully insured carrier with adult signature, and provide tracking information within 24 hours.
• Return shipping and insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Inspection & Refund

• All returns are inspected to verify condition and authenticity.
• Watches showing wear, tampering, missing items, or alterations may be denied or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Important Notes

• Watches that have been sized, worn, or modified after delivery are not eligible.
• Custom orders or client-requested sourced watches may not be returnable.
